Will you exchange links with my site?
The Building Blocks for a Healthy Future Web site was developed by the Center for Substance Abuse Prevention and focuses on Federal, nonprofit, and educational resources. Our selection guidelines do not permit us to link back to every organization.

The Web sites that Building Blocks links to must not be commercial, must be relevant and useful to our audience, must not have controversial or political content, and must not be personal.

All link requests are reviewed on an ongoing basis, and new links will be added to our site as appropriate. To request a link exchange, please e-mail us with the name of your Web site, the URL, and the reason you believe your site would be a valuable resource for our audience.

What should I do if I have technical problems with the site?
If you experience technical problems with the Web site, have questions about ordering, or would simply like to send comments or suggestions, please send us an e-mail via our Contact Us page.

Do the materials on the site have copyrights?
All of the Building Blocks articles and materials available through this Web site are in the public domain and can be reproduced and distributed.

Ordering Questions

How may I place an order?
Visit our Free Products page to view our list of products and to see if they are in stock. When materials are in stock, you will see an option to add them to your shopping cart. If there is no shopping cart icon, the item is out of stock. You are free to download and print as many copies of our materials as you like.

I’d like to get print copies of the Building Blocks materials. When will I be able to order them?
Unfortunately, we don’t know when we’ll get more items in stock, but if you sign up for the Building Blocks Bulletin, you will be notified as soon as they are in stock. The items are popular and once they are in stock, they go quickly!

All of the materials are available for download from the Free Products page. Since they are in the public domain, you may download them and copy or reproduce them as many times as you like.

How many items can I order at once?
The number varies depending on how many of a particular item we have in stock. If you need more than the amounts allowed in the order form, please send a fax to 240–221–4292. We make every effort to send the requested amount, but if it is not possible, we will send as many as we are able.

How long will it take my order to arrive?
Materials are shipped via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) fourth-class mail, except in cases where it is cheaper to send them by commercial trucking or United Parcel Service. USPS fourth-class mail may take as long as 1 month to reach west coast addresses. Please allow for 4 to 6 weeks to receive your order.

How can I find the status of my order if it is late arriving?
If your order has taken longer than 6 weeks to arrive, please send us an e-mail. Please include your order number.

Do you ship materials outside of the United States?
